OfficeOne Solution is provided for legitimate workforce management purposes only. The Use must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against users
- Collecting data without authorization
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access
- Using the service to violate any employment or privacy laws
- Sending unsolicited communications through the platform
3. Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that employee data you input complies with applicable privacy laws and that employees/Users have been properly notified.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and or of use of the OfficeOne Platform.
