Full Time Mode
This guide is for organizations using Full-Time Timesheet Mode, where employees manually log their hours worked, optionally allocated to projects or clients.
Overview
In Full-Time Mode, employees:
- Manually enter hours worked each day or week
- Allocate time to projects, clients, or task categories
- Submit timesheets for manager approval
- Track billable vs. non-billable time
Who Is This Mode For?
Full-Time Mode is ideal for:
- Salaried employees with regular or flexible schedules
- Consulting and professional services firms
- Teams that bill clients based on hours
- Remote and hybrid workforces
- Organizations tracking time by project

Timesheet Grid Layout
The Add Timesheet screen displays a weekly grid:
To pick up a draggable item, press the space bar. While dragging, use the arrow keys to move the item. Press space again to drop the item in its new position, or press escape to cancel.

The grid rows represent project lines. For each project line you enter hours by day (Monday through Sunday).
Calculated totals:
- Total Billable Hours
- OT (Overtime)
- Non-Billable Hours
- Total Hours
How to Submit a Timesheet
For Employees
Navigate to Workflow → Timesheet
Click Add Timesheet
Select Start Date
The week begin date auto-populates the end date
Select your Project Manager
Enter Project Name and Description
In the grid, enter these for each row
Enter hours for each day of the week
Add additional project rows
Use the + button
Review Total Billable Hours and Total
At the bottom
Click Save or Submit
Save as draft, or submit for approval
Tip: You can save a draft and return to complete it before the submission deadline.
For Managers – Reviewing Timesheets
Navigate to Workflow → Timesheet
Switch to Privilege View
Use the top right toggle
Review submitted timesheets
You will see all timesheets submitted by your direct reports
Filter by Status or date range
Status options are Pending, Approved, Rejected
Use the Actions menu on a timesheet row
Choose one of the following:
- View full timesheet details
- Approve
- Reject (with notes)
Timesheet Status Flow
Draft → Submitted → Pending Review → Approved / Rejected

Project & Billable Hours Tracking
Setting Up Projects
Projects and clients are configured by your admin in Settings → Dropdowns → Projects.
Billable vs. Non-Billable
When entering hours, each row is designated as billable or non-billable based on the project setup. This feeds into the Billable Hours KPI on the Reports module.
Overtime
Hours exceeding the configured daily/weekly threshold are automatically flagged as OT hours in the totals section.
Timesheet Reports
Access timesheet reports at Reports → Timesheets. Available filters:
- Date range
- Employee
- Status (Approved, Pending, Rejected)
Export to CSV or PDF for payroll processing.
Common Questions
A manager can reject it back to you for corrections. Once rejected, the status returns to Draft for editing.
Deadlines are set by your company policy. Contact your HR admin for your organization’s schedule.
Yes – add one row per project/client in the weekly grid.
Contact your manager or HR admin. Late entries may require a Timesheet Correction Request Form (available in HRIS → Forms).
