Project & Billable Hours Tracking

Setting Up Projects

Projects and clients are configured by your admin in Settings → Dropdowns → Projects.

Billable vs. Non-Billable

When entering hours, each row is designated as billable or non-billable based on the project setup. This feeds into the Billable Hours KPI on the Reports module.

Overtime

Hours exceeding the configured daily/weekly threshold are automatically flagged as OT hours in the totals section.

Timesheet Reports

Access timesheet reports at Reports → Timesheets. Available filters:

  • Date range
  • Employee
  • Status (Approved, Pending, Rejected)

Export to CSV or PDF for payroll processing.

Common Questions

A manager can reject it back to you for corrections. Once rejected, the status returns to Draft for editing.

Deadlines are set by your company policy. Contact your HR admin for your organization’s schedule.

Yes – add one row per project/client in the weekly grid.

Contact your manager or HR admin. Late entries may require a Timesheet Correction Request Form (available in HRIS → Forms).
